Our down jackets, down sleeping bags and down booties are custom made and they are not stocked in inventory with few exceptions. Production lead times vary based upon what your ordering, but generally runs 6-8 weeks. We're certain that our quality is worth the wait.. Incidentally, while some large companies don't charge your credit card until a product ships, the custom-made nature of our products means we charge your credit card at the time of purchase. Here, payment initiates the manufacturing process.. You can count on getting what you pay for, our many satisfied customers demonstrate that. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Checks and Money Orders.

If you would like us to add overfill to any of the items you are ordering, please indicate so in our comments field. Please specify how many and where. You can also indicate multiple items or if you would like to have a differential cut or any custom tailoring work performed. Overfill charge is 15$ per ounce. Repair work and alterations at 65$ per hour.

Please observe that Nunatak will charge you a 15% restocking fee on all cancelled custom transactions.

Shipping in the U.S. is 15$ for most orders, via USPS Priority Mail. International orders will ship Express Airmail ranging 40$ or more.
