The Kobuk Down Jacket is the world's finest down jacket, hand built entirely in the USA. Redesigned in 2005, the features now include a 1" fully baffled construction and the optimum volume of premium 800+ fill down. Comfortable elastic cuffs and shock-corded waist prevent cold drafts.

We build these one at a time, giving us the ability to fully customize and tailor fit the jacket. Two insulated front pockets, with zipper closure, provide ample storage and hand warming comfort. A two-way separating YKK front zipper is backed by a down filled draft tube with an anti-snag sailcloth zipper guard for smooth operation.

Filled with 10 ounces of our best 800+ fill goose down, the Kobuk is warm and snug for serious winter use.

Interior chest pockets are available as an added feature for $25 each. The optional snap-removable hood is a deluxe feature increasing the jackets comfort and cold weather capability.

For the truly ultralight enthusiast, we can omit the front pockets for a weight reduction of 2 ounces.
